Order Processing

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order jewelry requires 3–20 business days of production before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not included in these processing times.

Processing time is separate from the shipping transit estimates below.

• Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: Standard 5–7 days; Express 3–5 days
• Singapore: Standard 3–5 days
• Japan and South Korea: Standard 3–7 days; Express 3–5 days
• Eligible areas of Australia and New Zealand: Standard 6–10 days; Express 5–7 days

North America

• United States, 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC: Standard 7–12 days; Express 5–7 days
• Eligible Canadian provinces: Standard 10–15 days; Express 5–7 days

• United Kingdom: Standard 6–10 days

• Netherlands: Standard 8–10 days

• Qatar and eligible areas of the United Arab Emirates: Standard 5–7 days

Express shipping is offered only where it is listed above and available for the delivery address at checkout.
