Customers in the European Union have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to return unused, intact items, excluding handmade and custom products. Custom personalized goods cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects. Return shipping fees shall be borne by buyers.

Our DIY handmade zircon accessories take 3–15 working days to finish before shipment.

We ship globally. Orders over 800 USD sent to non-EU areas may be charged import duties, paid by customers.
